Make a sponge in a tray and once cooled cut the cake in
half from the top and bottom.
Mix a light sugar syrup with your favourite liquor...we used
oranged flavoured.
Brush on both sides of the sponge and then add a layer of
jam. Sandwich together and top with cream. Dress with berries.
On the side of our plate we served tofu yogurt with honey
and nuts.
