Another new Japanese flavour combination for us Miso & Yuzo Jam, Miso which I love and team it with Yuzo a member of the citrus family.
Today we learnt how to make our own miso and then this fantastic jam, my taste buds are still dancing with excitement.
Great with silken tofu or rice.
